01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntelReap at intelreap.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of IntelReap, including users of the Progressive Web App installed on any device.

02 Description of Service

IntelReap is a free, browser-based network and device intelligence tool. It analyses your network connection, device characteristics, browser capabilities, and security posture using standard browser APIs. The tool provides 234 data points across 12 intelligence panels.

IntelReap is provided free of charge. No subscription, account registration, or payment is required to access any feature of the tool.

03 Permitted Use

You may use IntelReap for any lawful purpose including:

• Analysing your own network connection and device characteristics
• Testing browser security posture and privacy settings
• Educational and research purposes
• Network troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Personal privacy auditing
• Professional network assessment work

04 Prohibited Use

You may not use IntelReap to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the IntelReap service or its backend infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service in an automated manner
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate IntelReap or misrepresent your affiliation with IntelReap
• Reverse engineer the IntelReap intelligence algorithms for commercial replication

05 Accuracy of Results

IntelReap provides intelligence data for informational purposes. While accuracy is a core design goal, results are dependent on browser API availability and third-party data sources including IP geolocation databases.

IP geolocation is accurate at country level in virtually all cases. City-level accuracy varies by ISP and connection type. VPN and proxy detection uses heuristic signals and may not detect all configurations.

IntelReap results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions, legal proceedings, or any decision with significant consequences.

06 Intellectual Property

The IntelReap name, logo, design system, and intelligence algorithms are the intellectual property of IntelReap. The underlying source code is available on GitHub under the applicable open source licence.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative commercial products based on IntelReap without explicit written permission.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

IntelReap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IntelReap does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelReap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if IntelReap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09 Third-Party Services

IntelReap uses third-party services including an IP geolocation provider, AI language model providers for diagnostic summaries, a web font CDN for typography, and a static hosting provider. Your use of IntelReap is subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

10 Changes to Terms

IntelReap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of IntelReap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
