Step-by-step guides
Guides are task-focused. Each one starts from a symptom and walks you to a fix, so you can use them when a scan result shows something that looks wrong, such as graphics acceleration reported as unavailable, WebGL not working or an unfamiliar device on your network.
Three guides are available. The GPU troubleshooting guide answers the most common graphics-card questions in one place. The WebGL guide shows how to turn WebGL on in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and other browsers and what to check when it still fails. The IP address guide explains how to find the address of printers, consoles, servers and other devices on your network.
You can run an IntelReap scan before and after a change to compare the results. For background on the ideas behind these fixes, read the learn articles.
