01 Information We Do Not Collect

IntelReap does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information. The following data types are explicitly never collected:

• IP addresses — detected locally in your browser, never sent to our servers
• Device fingerprint data — processed client-side and displayed only to you
• Network scan results — all 234 data points remain on your device
• Browser capabilities or performance metrics
• Location coordinates or geolocation data
• Account information — no accounts exist on IntelReap
• Usage behaviour, interaction events, or session data
• Email addresses or any contact information unless voluntarily submitted via the contact form

02 How IntelReap Works

IntelReap is a fully client-side application. When you run an intelligence scan, your browser collects data about your own network connection and device using standard browser APIs. This data is displayed to you in real time and never leaves your device.

The only external communication that occurs is a query to our backend API to enrich IP geolocation data for display purposes only. This request contains only your public IP address, which is information already visible to any server you connect to on the internet. The response is displayed to you and not stored.

03 Local Storage

IntelReap uses browser localStorage for one purpose only: saving your language preference so the interface loads in your chosen language on your next visit.

• Key stored: ndic_cookies_accepted — records your cookie notice response
• Key stored: ndic_language — stores your selected display language

No scan data, no IP addresses, no device information, and no personal identifiers are stored in localStorage. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

04 Cookies

IntelReap does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies. The only browser storage used is localStorage as described in Section 3 above.

05 Third-Party Services

IntelReap uses the following categories of third-party services in limited capacities:

• IP geolocation provider — Your public IP address is queried to determine approximate location, ISP, and ASN data for display in your intelligence report. Your public IP is already visible to any server you connect to on the internet.
• Web font provider — Typography is loaded from a third-party CDN. The provider may log font requests per their standard practices but does not set cookies on IntelReap pages.
• AI language model provider — When AI diagnostic summaries are generated, anonymised scan summary data is processed by an AI provider to produce the summary text. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Hosting provider — IntelReap is hosted on a third-party static hosting platform. Standard server logs may be maintained by the hosting provider per their own privacy policy.

No advertising networks, behavioural analytics platforms, or data brokers receive any information through IntelReap.

06 GDPR Compliance

IntelReap is designed to be fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we collect no personal data, the majority of GDPR obligations do not apply. Specifically:

• No lawful basis for data processing is required as no personal data is processed by IntelReap
• No data subject rights requests can be fulfilled as no data is held
• No data protection impact assessment is required
• No data processor agreements are necessary for IntelReap's core operation

EU users can use IntelReap with confidence that their use of the tool creates no GDPR obligations on either party.

07 CCPA Compliance

IntelReap complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because IntelReap collects no personal information about users, no CCPA disclosure or opt-out mechanism is required. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. IntelReap has no personal information to disclose, delete, or sell.

08 Contact Form Data

If you submit a message via the contact form on IntelReap, the name, email address, and message content you provide are transmitted to our form processor (Netlify Forms) solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data is:

• Used only to respond to your message
• Not shared with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes
• Retained only as long as necessary to address your enquiry
• Deletable upon request by submitting a deletion request via the contact form

09 Children's Privacy

IntelReap does not knowingly collect any information from users under the age of 13. The tool does not require any registration and collects no personal information, making it safe for users of all ages.

10 Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes materially, the updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Changes will not be retroactive. Continued use of IntelReap after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
